Thank you for all the encouraging comments and notes in response to my last couple of posts. I’m feeling so much better this week. It’s amazing what a good diet, high-intensity exercise, and just getting sh** done can do to your attitude and outlook.

YES, YES, and YES!!! Don’t you just love it when your horoscope is right on the money? Or when you stumble upon a quote or message that is 100% relevant to you in that moment? I’ve put the anxiety behind me and am ready to embrace all that is in store. I set an intention at the beginning of the year to make 2014 a year of action, and I am so ready to see where that action takes me, while enjoying the ride. Good bye, comfort zone.
Despite having a jam-packed schedule these past few days, the week seems to be draggging on. I know it’s because I am so excited to start yoga teacher training on Friday night that the days are creeping by. A part of yoga is learning to be present, so I’m going to implement that and enjoy the feelings of excitement/anticipation/unknown until then. Oh, but it’s so hard!
Another reason the week has been dragging on is I have been on a 3-day fruit detox. Say what? Y’all know I am totally against cleanses/detoxes/fad diets, so I’ll explain more soon.
