I’ve decided to bring some structure to my blogging in the form of themes. Hopefully it will make life easier.

Top Ten Reasons I Workout in the Morning
1.) It makes my day 100% better!
Not only do I have more energy throughout the day but its a confidence boost to feel like I’ve accomplished something significant before most people have even gotten out of bed.
2.) Prevents Cramping – I get really bad side stitches and feel sluggish if I workout with food in my stomach. The only time I have an empty stomach is when I wake up. There ya have it!
3.) It Revs up my Metabloism – Did you know when you lift weights or perform hiit your body is still burning calories and fat for hours after? I like knowingy body is working out even while I’m sitting at my desk.
4.) Beats Traffic
5.) I’m a realist – After a long day of work the last thing I feel like doing is working out and I know damn well my ass will drive right past that gym when it’s 5pm, cold, the parking lot is full and I have a million excuses to keep driving.
6.) The early bird gets the worm – Studies have proven that the most successful people start their days before 530am.
7.) There’s no time to talk myself out of it
8.) I’m a planner – I love to plan and hate when my plans are interrupted. Life is more likely to throw a curveball at 5 pm than 5 am. And, if something unexpected does come up early in the morning, I have the rest of the day to play catch up!
9.) I enjoy time with the fam -Working out at 5am you can guarantee I’m the only one in my fam up and at ‘em. So I’m not missing out on anything and my evenings are free to enjoy their company.
10.) I can’t Stop
Sure, in the beginning waking up mad early was difficult and annoying. But after a while it became second nature. My body adjusted and now I wake up naturally before my alarm even goes off.
