Good Morning! Is it snowing where you are? It is here but it’s not laying. I don’t mind snow I just hope the gym doesn’t close because I want to go to spin tonight!
In celebration of WIAW, here is what my meal plan looks like this week.
On my way to the gym I drink a cup of coffee with a tsp of coconut oil. During my workout I drink a liter of water with some sort of BCAA/electrolyte supplement mixed in. Scivation Extend is my favorite!
Post Workout – Overnight Oats
1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, stevia and water. This taste like cake batter!!
10:00 am – Yogurt Bowl
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 tsp chai seeds, 1 tsp sunflower seed butter, a couple of Trader Joe’s freeze dried strawberries
I can’t stop eating this stuff.
Around 12:30 I usually have a large salad with oil and vinegar
3:00 – Chili Lime Chicken Burger on top of Shredded Brussels Sprouts
These are the Chicken Burgers we got at Trader Joes last week. They are definitely tasty but they smell bad after being in the fridge for a while. I cooked enough for the whole week so J will have to deal with a stinky fridge until Saturday. Oops!
Dinner has varied this week. Either grilled chicken salad, salmon burger and steamed vegetables or a veggie omelette. Whatever I’m craving.
I always keep raw almonds handy to snack on throughout the day.
